Best Residential Development
Qville is an innovative cohousing project born out of a unique restoration and reconversion of the former quarentine stables in Essen. The site is classified as protected heritage. The 1.7 ha domain includes 45 BEN homes (with 1 to 4 bedrooms), 5 studios for people with disabilities, an inn with guest rooms, a swimming pond with covered terrace, an indoor pool, a community center, a shared park garden, a small museum and a coworking space. The many common indoor and outdoor spaces, the car-free character and the architectural design make it easy for residents to meet each other, leading to fine living together amidst a rich history.
BEST commercial Development
Construction of an office building bordering the railway tracks, conveniently situated at the entrance to the city. Bringing together a variety of different sites, including a car rental depot, a house and previously undeveloped land owned by INFRABEL, this atypical project forms part of a new entrance to the city of Namur, as part of the station quarter’s ongoing regeneration. This building, with its bold and timeless sloping design, provides 6000 m2 of office space spread over seven floors and boasts a magnificent view of the city. Three levels of underground parking complete this contemporary development. Its shape and use of hard-wearing materials will ensure its aesthetic longevity, while its inside office spaces are very bright.
