Eligibility criteria:
- Located in Belgium
- Minimum gross above-ground floor area: 4,000 m²
- Provisional delivery between the 1st of January 2025 and the 31st of October 2026
How to apply
- Submit the Entry Form no later than the 31st of October 2026 at this website
- In November 2026, an independent and professional jury will shortlist 3 nominees per category
- On the 4th of February 2027, the finalists will pitch their projects to the jury
- The winners will be announced at the Award Ceremony on the 18th of February 2027
